Clients pay a connection fee only when they send a request (KSh 50 – KSh 300 depending on the service). New clients who sign up with a phone number start with KSh 300 of wallet credit.

Clients pay a connection fee when sending a request (KSh 50 – KSh 300). Providers pay an acceptance fee when taking a job (KSh 50 – KSh 300). Job payments between client and provider stay off-platform.
